Bell Marine Services LLC provides marine engine repair, maintenance, and related services, including but not limited to winterization, shrink wrapping, spring commissioning, scheduled interval maintenance, diagnostics, electronics installation and repair, and trailer maintenance. Services are provided at our facility and, where suitable, at the vessel's location.
We reserve the right to decline any service request, including requests that fall outside our service area, exceed our technical capacity, or involve a vessel we determine to be unsafe to work on.

2. Estimates and authorization
Estimates are based on the information available at the time they are prepared and reflect our good-faith assessment of the work required. Marine repair frequently reveals additional conditions once work begins.
If additional parts or labor become necessary beyond the scope of an approved estimate, we will contact you with a supplemental estimate and will not proceed with the additional work until you approve it. Work may be paused while awaiting your approval, which may affect the completion timeline.

3. Scheduling and completion times
Completion timeframes provided are estimates. Parts availability, weather, seasonal demand, and conditions discovered during service may affect scheduling. We will communicate material delays as we become aware of them.
4.Payment
Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing. We accept the payment methods identified on your invoice.
Parts remain the property of Bell Marine Services LLC until payment is received in full. Vessels left at our facility after service completion and after notice of readiness may be subject to storage charges. We reserve all rights available to us under Maryland law with respect to unpaid service charges on vessels in our possession.

5. Customer responsibilities
You represent that you are the owner of the vessel or are authorized by the owner to request and approve service.

- Providing accurate information about the vessel, its engines, and its condition
- Removing personal property and valuables from the vessel before service
- Ensuring safe and lawful access to the vessel for mobile service, including any required marina or facility permissions
- Maintaining insurance on the vessel
Bell Marine Services LLC is not responsible for personal property left aboard a vessel.
6.Warranty
Workmanship is warranted as described on your invoice or service order. Parts carry only the warranty provided by their manufacturer, and we pass through manufacturer warranty coverage without adding to it.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accident, neglect, improper operation, unauthorized modification, normal wear, or work performed by others.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bell Marine Services LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services, including loss of use, loss of income, or costs of alternative transportation or accommodation.
